Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges. There are no expectations for any returns. 

Purchase for Personal Use Only:

Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Shipping:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow up to 7 business days for order verification and processing, with an additional 10 business days for delivery.If we use different carriers and can accommodate custom requests for shipping, installation, as well as maintenance packages. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx depending on the type of art work. International orders (to select countries) are shipped with TNT, DHL, or FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat-rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per-item basis, determined by order weight. Fees may also include an additional handling charge. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with any questions regarding claims, including those with freight carriers. *These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

International Duty and Tax:

International customers may incur additional charges at the time of checkout. International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to the country and included in the order total at the time of checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying all import Duty and Taxes before shipping. We will transfer the fees we collect to UPS or DHL to process your international shipment.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax is charged to orders processed or shipped within the states of Illinois and Florida. The applicable tax rate for orders within the state of Illinois is current year percentage %, and for Florida, it is at the current year percentage %. Shipping costs are also taxed.

Reservation of Limited Editions:

Limited Editions are only available in a limited edition. Due to high demand, limited editions will be released quickly and may run out from one day to the next. Was It All A Dream Inc reserves the right to reject orders of limited editions if the order size exceeds the number of limited editions. This is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Was It All A Dream Inc owns all rights and reserves the right to publish selected works in different sizes and on different types of mediums (e.g., but not limited to: canvas, paper, wood, metal, t-shirt, skate deck) as limited editions or HPM editions. For example, a limited canvas print can later be released as a limited edition on paper of a different size.
